Shipping & Returns
Where do you ship from?
Every item we ship is handmade for you in our studio in Grovetown, Georgia.
When will my order ship?
All items are made to order, our typical production time is 4-7 days.
If your order has not shipped within this time frame, it may be because of:
- Items that are not in stock and have an estimated ship date
- Personalized items
- Missing information - check your email!
If your order includes any of the items mentioned above, your entire order will be shipped in full as soon as ALL items are available. If you require certain items before your item arrives, we recommend contacting us as soon as you place your order. If you have any questions, email us at email@example.com
When will my order arrive?
The time it takes for your order to arrive will depend on your location and shipping method. Shipping times are only estimates and exclude holidays, weekends and unforeseen delays in postal service. Once an order is shipped, we are unable to change the shipping method.
United States: 4-6 business days.
International: 5-10 business days
International Shipping: We are not responsible for any duty/ import/ taxes/ customs/etc charges you may need to pay.
How can I return an item?
We want you to be happy with your items! If you are unsatisfied with your purchase for any reason, we will honor returns within 14 days of delivery. Just contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org and we'll walk you through the process!
Shipping costs and any other fees associated with sending your refund or exchange back to Pink Mango Grove will be the responsibility of the customer. Refunds outside of 14 days are subject to credit only.
Returned items must be:
- Unworn and in new condition
- In their original packaging
- Sale items and personalized items are FINAL SALE
We want to process your order as quickly as possible, so if you happen to change your mind, send a cancellation request to email@example.com right away! Note that sending a request does not automatically cancel your order. We will contact you as soon as we receive your request to let you know if your cancellation has been processed. Unfortunately, orders that have already been shipped cannot be cancelled.
